I had to sell my condo very quickly as the property management slapped the owners with a large amount of special assessment and I needed to get out. I didn't know Sunny at all and in fact we spoke over the phone in Sept 2015. When I decided to sell, Sunny told me to be patient and there were so many interested in my condo but no firm buyer and it was difficult too because of the special assessment.. Fortunately my condo sold a little after a month and now I needed to buy one as the closing date was within two months. After Sunny showed me around 10-15 condos, some twice, I managed to buy one with the same closing date. Sunny was very patient and never refused to take me to see the condos that I requested no matter what time. I am ever so grateful for all his expertise. He is patient, calm and focused. I recently decided to sell my house, and chose Sunny Gawri to start the process. From the very first phone call we had, he made me feel super comfortable. We went through the entire process page by page, he did not leave any detail behind… and I hit him with 101 questions which he had an answer for everything. We went through the price comparisons and advised me on what my house would sell for in today’s market; I was very pleased with his approach and went along with all his suggestions. He had professional photographs taken of the house, and made incredible stat sheets to hand out during the open house. Once again, he went above and beyond in my opinion. A few days before the open house, he came over to ensure everything was in place and in top notch viewing condition, unfortunately I had a few holes in the ceiling from unfinished pot light installation … so in ‘Sunny fashion’ he climbed on a ladder in had in the garage and went up there to close up the missing hole from the ceiling. He’s a trooper. He would update me every second he had with how my house is getting viewed, and called me as soon as the open house was over to tell me how it went. Needless to say, he listed my house on Thursday … it was sold by Tuesday. I could never imagine the turn-around time for selling a home! The whole process was such a success, and I am truly blessed to have found him ... not only as a realtor but also as a friend.
